A home should be a sanctuary from the cares of the world. Access to the Willoughby is carefully monitored and controlled in a variety of ways to make you feel comfortable without feeling confined.

Access to our lobbies and garages is gained only through the use of a magnetic passcard, issued to all residents at move-in for a nominal fee. A state-of-the-art telephone intercom is in both our lobbies so that when visitors come to call, you can "buzz them in" yourself with no interference.

Service with a smile. A member of our 24-hour Courtesy Staff is always on hand in both buildings to answer your questions, investigate minor disturbances, help with parcels, and notify you of important messages and deliveries. Our building engineers are only a phone call away for help with routine household maintenance and repairs.

Private parking only. The Willoughby has indoor parking so that your vehicle need never be exposed to harsh weather or the dangers of the street. Your visitors can park indoors too, in the specially designated blue areas exclusively for their use.

New laundry facilities are located on each floor, in both buildings, so that you need never carry your bundles more than just a few paces from your door. Don't have exact change? No problem! These state-of-the-art washer/dryers are controlled through computerized debit cards, making fumbling for quarters a thing of the past.
